13 Bosnia 19:10    1,076        21.8

It should be noted that the times and distances are between subsequent entries into each new country. So when it says Liechtenstein = 118 miles, this means that we travelled 118 miles after entry into Liechtenstein before entry into Italy. However most of these miles were in Austria (which at that stage wasn't a new country).

The following countries were visited only briefly and were not transited (The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Bosnia)
